Work With Us

What you should know before applying.

• You're a contractor, and you bill by the task. Work is logged by category — strategy, technical configuration, content strategy, production — and paid at the published rate for that category, whoever does it. Our client rate card is on our Pricing page; we'll share the contractor version when we talk.
• You set your hours. Two days a week, weekends only, a different time zone: if the work is good, we'll make it fit.
• You'll use AI tools, and you'll be expected to find better ones. We rebuild our own work around new tools every few months and we'll teach you what we know. Time spent learning isn't billed to clients, and it isn't billed to you either.
• You'll be reviewed, and you'll review. A sample before ninety minutes of work on anything new. Feedback within a business day. It's how we keep quality high and everyone's time short.
• You'll grow. Contractors who want to take on strategy work get coaching and the chance to lead client work with support. Hours in training and mentorship aren't compensated, but the experience is real and we'll say so on your résumé.
